Protein Boost Coffee

  • Starbucks Verona 
  • 2 Drops Thiodine Lugols liquid iodine†
  • 1 tbs organic collagen protein powder
  • 1 tsp Truvia (or Splenda)
  • Organic Half & Half

 

Paleo Coffee

  • Starbucks Pike's Place (or your favorite)
  • 2 Drops Thiodine Lugols liquid iodine†
  • Coconut oil 
  • Nut Pods creamer

Honey Vanilla Ice Coffee 

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup of coffee, at room temperature
  • 2 drops Thiodine Lugols liquid iodine†
  • 1 or 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 2-3 tbs organic Half & Half
  • Mix ingredients in a cup or use a blender.

Keto Coffee 

(Adapted from Delish.com) 

  • 1 cup brewed coffee 
  • 2 Drops Thiodine Lugols liquid iodine†
  • 2 tbsp. grass-fed butter 
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • Combine in a blender and enjoy!

 

Keto-Friendly Iced Coffee 

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup of coffee, at room temperature
  • 2 drops Thiodine Lugols liquid iodine†
  • 1 or 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 2-3 tbs organic Half & Half
