COVID-19 RETURN POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE our return policy has changed. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened products.
Make sure our supplements are right for you, including consulting with your doctor or medical practitioner before ordering.
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of your delivery.
For orders lost during shipping, please contact support for help. For orders damaged during shipping, please send photos to our support team, and we will send a replacement.
Pack It Up and Send It To Us:
To request a return, send your purchase and receipt (or order number) to our Returns Department. You must carefully package the product to protect fragile items during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within 21 days of your order delivery.
