"Thank you. I almost feel like my old self. I never ever thought I would feel this way again! I have so missed that person!" - Frances
👉 For 35 years, I struggled with classic hypothyroid symptoms including:
• Fatigue
• Brain fog
• Unexplained weight gain
• Cortisol belly
• Cortisol face
I kept searching for answers, but every time I went to the doctor, I was told my thyroid labs were “normal.” It didn’t make sense—until I finally discovered the real reasons behind my symptoms.
If you’re feeling the same way, here’s why you might be suffering from undiagnosed hypothyroidism too—and what you can do about it. 👇
I trusted my doctor to check my thyroid, but they only tested TSH. The problem? TSH measures how much my brain signals my thyroid—not how well my body actually uses thyroid hormones. Even though I had classic hypothyroid symptoms—fatigue, weight gain, and brain fog—my TSH was in the “normal” range, so my doctor dismissed my concerns. Meanwhile, I continued struggling, unaware that my thyroid wasn’t functioning properly.
Every time I mentioned my fatigue, weight gain, or brain fog, I was told it was due to stress, getting older, or not exercising enough. Doctors gave me vague advice—drink more water, get more sleep, eat healthier—but none of it helped. Because hypothyroid symptoms overlap with so many other conditions, my thyroid was never considered the real issue.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but my body temperature was consistently low. I was always cold, even when others were comfortable. What I later learned is that body temperature is a key sign of thyroid function. A sluggish thyroid means a slow metabolism, which can make it nearly impossible to feel energized, burn fat, or think clearly.
Even if my thyroid was producing hormones, my body wasn’t using them the right way. I had no idea that stress, inflammation, and mineral imbalances could block my ability to convert inactive T4 into the active T3 my body actually needed. Without enough T3, my metabolism slowed down, my energy tanked, and my brain felt like it was in a fog all the time.
One of the biggest reasons I felt terrible was that my thyroid wasn’t getting the nutrients it needed. I didn’t know that iodine, selenium, and sodium were essential for thyroid health, and since doctors never tested for mineral deficiencies, I was completely in the dark. Without these key minerals, my thyroid couldn’t function properly—no wonder I felt so awful.
After years of struggling, I finally started looking beyond standard thyroid tests. I learned how to track my symptoms, monitor my body temperature, and support my thyroid with the right minerals. Once I addressed the real root causes, I finally started to feel like myself again.
If you’re experiencing these same symptoms and haven’t found answers, don’t give up. There’s more to thyroid health than what most doctors check, and understanding your body is the first step to getting better.
I have spent the last several years trying different products, all for months at a time to give them a chance; I have read a lot of websites and listened to a lot of long-winded videos about thyroid problems and theories about how to solve them. This protocol turned things around for me within weeks, and continues to do so. I literally couldn't believe how much better I felt. I started sleeping for longer, felt energetic during the day, and my overall joint/body pain was greatly reduced. I didn't feel hungry all of the time any more. Even though I did not change my exercise routine (I do have one) or my diet, I lost three pounds during the third week, and have lost between 1 and 1.5 pounds on each week following. This is the first weight I have been able to lose since my thyroid issues started. I am relieved to have found something that makes a difference.

I was really feeling like a slug and couldn't figure out why. I came across the ad for the HypoHero Thyroid Protocol and after thinking about it for a couple weeks, I thought what can it hurt and ordered the kit. I am amazed at the difference that I feel. I am happy and my smile is back again. I look forwards to what the day has to brings. I sleep at night and get up without the alarm and hit my day head on now.

I have had low body temperature for as long as I can remember. I swear you wrote your story about me. Same age, kids, hypothyroidism, etc. I was like, my twin...lol. I have been following the protocol for almost 7 weeks now and feel so much better!! When I reviewed the initial symptoms, I had 13 out of 15 and was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I figured this couldn't hurt to try. I'm so glad I did. I saw some friends the other day that I haven't seen for about 5 weeks and the first thing they said was, "You look amazing, what have you been doing?" I told them and my friend wrote down the website as she has hypothyroidism and told her to try this. Thank you! It's been a game changer.
