By visiting our site, using the HypoHero app, and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site, the app, or making a purchase. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, app, or use any services.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site and app, including browsers, customers, and anyone who views or contributes content. Any new features or tools added to the site or app are also subject to these terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. HypoHero is not intended for anyone under 18.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or other malicious code. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Our supplements — Thyroconvert, Halodetox, and Thiodine — are dietary supplements manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility and third-party tested. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

When you subscribe to our products, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected. You can manage your subscription — including skipping, pausing, or canceling — through the Skio customer portal at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

The HypoHero Coaching App is a wellness tool designed to help you track your temperature, symptoms, and protocol progress. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The coaching reports and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always work with your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Discounts, subscriptions, and promotions cannot be combined. Orders using a discount code will not be refunded for the promotional cash value. If you return a partial order, the refund will be calculated as the difference between the promotional order total and the full retail price of the items you are keeping — not a proportional share of the promotional price.

We do not refund shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping as noted in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Bundled orders can be returned according to our Returns Policy. Discounts cannot be used on kits or combined with any other promo codes, offers, or discounts. Offers are not valid on previous purchases, not valid for cash or credit, and not valid on eGift cards. Free shipping applies to shipments in the USA. International shipments have a flat-rate shipping fee disclosed at checkout. Additional fees for tax, duties, VAT, government fees, or shipping may apply. Offers are valid on United States orders only and subject to change at any time without notice. Miss Lizzy Wellness LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders due to unauthorized use of our website or violation of these Terms.

We make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice — including after you have submitted your order.
