If, after 60 days of full protocol compliance, you don't see measurable improvements in your thyroid score, body temperature, or symptoms, contact us through our returns portal to get started. Our team will review your account and get back to you with next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
This guarantee applies to first-time Starter Bundle purchases only and requires active participation — both tracking in the HypoHero app and consistent supplement use are required to qualify.
Standard Return Policy
For all other purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy on unopened product bottles. The 14-day window begins on the date you receive your order.
What we accept:
- Unopened bottles returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products in their original, sealed packaging
What we don't accept:
- Opened or used products
- Returns requested after 14 days
- Items without original packaging
Restocking fee: A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee is charged by our fulfillment partner.
All items must be returned: Returns must include every item from the original order, including any promotional items (such as a thermometer). Missing items will reduce your refund or void the return.
30-day cutoff: Returns received more than 30 days after the original delivery date are not eligible for a refund, even if previously approved.
Lost in transit: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged on the way back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Opened products: If a returned package is found to contain opened or used product, the item will be safely discarded and no refund or credit will be issued. Opened products cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or shipped back to the customer under any circumstances.

Shipping costs:
We do not refund original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).
Promotional orders:
If you return part of a promotional or bundled order, the refund will be calculated as the difference between the promotional order total and the full retail price of the items you keep — not a proportional share of the promotional price. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Important: Doctor's advice and refunds
