Miss Lizzy supplements are excellent for those who need them, and thousands of customers have experienced those results!
But now, more than ever, it's hard for small businesses to survive. We offer free shipping as a courtesy to you as a customer. The cost of returns can mean the difference between staying open and closing down.
For this reason, before ordering, I want to personally ask that you read our returns policy thoroughly, understand our products, and talk with your doctor or medical practitioner to make sure the supplements are right for you.
Also, please understand that supporting thyroid health issues can be a process. There isn't a single quick-fix answer that works immediately and for everyone.
But we offer education, tools, and resources through-out the website to help you feel empowered in your thyroid health and using our supplements.

Returns Policy Overview
- We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery
- There will be a $10 restocking fee for returns
- We do not accept returns of opened product bottles
Returns for Bundles, Promotions, and Discounts
We do not offer prorated partial returns for items purchased using a discount or promo code based on the promotion price.
Suppose you placed an order for multiple items using a promotion code and decide to return some of the items in the order (per our returns policy). In that case, the refund will be the difference between the promotion price and the regular full-priced item(s) you are keeping.
For example, if you order three supplements for $149 with free shipping, using a promo code, if you chose to return two of the items (per our returns policy), the refund would be the difference between the promotional price of $149 and $77 (the full-price item you are keeping). We do not pay for return shipping, refund free shipping, or provide cash returns.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery of undamaged products.
For orders lost during shipping, please contact support for help. We can't guarantee delivery by carriers but make every effort to help ensure delivery. If you would like guaranteed delivery, please contact our support team to see if USPS Priority Mail with a delivery guarantee is available.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact support and include photos. For items damaged due to shipping, we will send a replacement or provide a refund if it's within the 14 day return period.
We offer free shipping in the USA as a courtesy to all customers. When you return an order, that costs us money. Additionally, our shipping partner charges a $10 restocking fee for returns. If you return your order, we will deduce a $10 restocking fee from the total refund.
Returning Your Order
Pack it up with your receipt or order number) and ship to our Returns Department.
You are responsible for carefully packaging fragile items to ensure safe return shipping. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Since we offer free shipping as a courtesy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must receive the return within 30 days of your order delivery and in good condition.
