As a craft supplement company in the USA, it's my mission to provide you with the highest quality thyroid support supplements and help you reach your health goals. We greatly appreciate you as a customer, and you are the reason we are in business!
Miss Lizzy supplements are excellent for those who need them, and thousands of customers have experienced those results!
Keep in mind that thyroid health issues may be complex. There isn't a single quick-fix answer that works immediately and for everyone. That's why we offer education about our products, blog articles, FAQs, and coaching to help you get the most out of our supplements.
Before ordering, please read through the website, returns policy, and talk with your health care provider.These steps will set you up for a successful experience.
Returns Policy Overview
- We accept returns of unopened products
- We DO NOT accept returns of opened or damaged products
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- There is a $10 restocking fee
- We do not pay for return shipping
- You are responsible for properly packaging return items
- We do not refund lost returns
- Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery
Bundles, Promotions, and Discounts
We do not offer prorated partial returns for individual items purchased using a discount or promo code. If one item in a bundle is returned, the refund amount will be total order minus the full priced item.
Lost Shipments
For orders lost during shipping, please contact support for help. We can't guarantee delivery by carriers but make every effort to help ensure delivery.
Damaged Shipments
For items damaged during shipping, please contact support and include photos. For items damaged due to shipping, we will send a replacement or provide a refund if it's within the 14 day return period.
Restocking Fee
We offer free shipping in the USA as a courtesy to all customers. When you return an order, our fulfillment partner charges a $10 restocking fee. If you return your order, the $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
How to Initiate a Return Request
1. Make sure your return request is within 14 days of original delivery.
2. Make sure product bottles are unopened.If any bottles have been opened, they will not be refunded.
3. If products are unopened and in good condition, please email us to initiate a return request.
4. In your email include which item(s) you would like to return and confirm in writing that that they have not been opened.
